The 42nd Graduation Ceremony at Sokoine University of Agriculture is set for Thursday, November 23, 2023, at the sports grounds of Edward Moringe Campus (formerly known as the main campus) in Morogoro, commencing at 10:00 am.
Dignitaries, leaders, and guests from various government institutions, private organizations, both within and outside the Morogoro district and region, are expected to attend these festivities.
During this momentous event, the Chancellor of SUA, Hon. (R.t.d) Justice Joseph Sinde Warioba, will confer a total of 3095 awards. Among these, the undergraduate and non-degree programs constitute 3019 awards, recognizing the achievements of 1694 male and 1325 female graduands. The detailed breakdown includes 2811 Bachelor’s degree graduands (1574 male and 1237 female), 140 diploma graduands (73 male and 67 female), and 68 certificate level graduands (47 male and 21 female). This celebration symbolizes the culmination of their academic journey at SUA, highlighting their exceptional accomplishments.
